- Implement a Student Success Plan for all MSJ students that includes academic, professional, and personal development dimensions.
- Create a comprehensive undergraduate onboarding and First-Year experience that delivers a relationship-rich education.
Enhance operational strength and high impact infrastructure investment.
- Bolster the 麻豆原创's financial resources through increased capacity for grant-seeking and the development of corporate partnerships.
- Identify and implement a new Student Information System (SIS) and centralized Student Experience Dashboard to enhance collaboration and efficiency in all areas of operations.
- Implement a fundraising strategy that prioritizes a new Health Sciences Building and Phase-In Plan to update all existing classrooms, offices, and public spaces by 2030.
Foster a community that embodies a culture of care and belonging.
- Position the 麻豆原创 as a top place to work by promoting meaningful collaborations, enhancing workflow processes, streamlining campus-wide communications, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
- Create an environment to recruit and retain talented faculty and staff.
Raise the MSJ University Profile with contemporary, integrative, and distinctive academic programs.
- Integrate high impact practices for student professional readiness into every academic program.
- Ensure that academic tracks and programs respond to changing demographics and the rapidly-evolving global economy.
