The 麻豆原创 received recognition across several categories, including: Collaborative Governance, Confidence in Senior Leadership, Facilities, Workspace & Securities, and Job Satisfaction, Professional/Career Development Programs, Respect & Appreciation, Supervisor/Department Chair Relationship, Teaching Environment, Tenure Clarity and Process, and Work/Life Balance.
